Since its founding, Surfside Urgent Care has been dedicated to providing high-quality affordable health services to anyone in need around the Laguna Beach area.  However, with recent disease outbreaks, we’ve been faced with a new problem: how do we keep our patients safe when even visiting our clinic could risk spreading disease?

Well, we’ve solved that problem.  Surfside Urgent Care of Laguna Beach is proud to announce that we now offer full telehealth services to anyone with a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

What Are Telehealth Services?

Telehealth is a form of videoconferencing.  Rather than meeting with your doctor in-person, we’ll make an appointment to meet with them remotely instead.  Using the camera on your computing device, you can consult with your doctor almost as though you’re in the same room with them.  Except, you’re actually at home.  Or anywhere else.  Telehealth services are available anywhere there’s an internet connection!

All you have to do is contact our office to schedule a telehealth consultation.  Our staff will help you download the telehealth app, if you need it, then all you have to do is wait for the appointment time.  You’ll be contacted directly and can consult with the same high-quality medical staff you’d see at the clinic.

If it turns out you do need to come to the clinic directly, we’ll let you know.  Or, if you need prescriptions, they can be sent straight to the pharmacy of your choice.
