Do I Need an Appointment to Be Seen?

No appointment is necessary. We’re a walk-in clinic, so you’re welcome to stop by whenever it suits you. We know health concerns don’t always wait for a scheduled time, and we’re here to help whenever you need care.

What Are Your Operating Hours?

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that the final check-in for patients is 30 minutes before we close.

Do You Offer Pediatric Urgent Care?

Yes, we treat children starting at 6 months of age. Whether it’s a fever, an ear infection, a minor injury, or a routine physical, our pediatric providers aim to make visits comfortable and low-stress for both kids and parents.

What Should I Bring When I Visit?

Be sure to bring a photo ID, your insurance information (if applicable), and a list of any medications or known allergies. If you’re coming for a physical required by school or work, remember to bring any necessary paperwork.

How Long is the Typical Wait Time?

Thanks to our streamlined processes and in-house services, most patients are seen with minimal delay. While wait times can vary depending on how busy we are, they’re generally much shorter than an ER visit.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We do. Most major insurance providers are accepted. If you’re not sure whether your plan is included, feel free to give us a call or check our website. We also offer clear, affordable self-pay rates for those without insurance.

What Services Are Available On-Site?

We provide a wide range of urgent care services right here at the clinic—including in-house medications, lab work, blood and urine tests, digital X-rays, EKGs, and rapid diagnostic tools—to get you answers and treatment fast.

Can You Provide Lab Tests and X-Rays During My Visit?

Yes. We offer on-site lab testing and digital imaging, so whether you need a strep test, urinalysis, or an X-ray, we’re usually able to deliver results during the same visit and begin your treatment right away.

Do You Offer Physical Exams for School, Work, or Surgery?

We do! Our team can complete sports, school, and employment physicals, as well as pre-op assessments. These are often done in one visit, and we can take care of lab work or additional testing right here if needed.

How Do I Get My Test Results?

In most cases, we’ll share your results during your visit. If further analysis is required, we’ll reach out by phone or through secure messaging once everything is ready. We’ll also walk you through what the results mean and what steps to take next.
